I'm sorry i haven't read him sooner. I know it's a little behind the times already because us Kossacks have already moved on from it, but it is still worth reading.
There are great talking points for us all to remember for the next (inevitble) time that the MSM "plays dumb" or plays "Republican" (was that redundant?)

But something occurred to me as I boarded the little yellow bus to school today. I took a seat as usual, tilted my head and rocked it to and fro, mouth drooling and agape, awkwardly pounding the back of my wrist against my chest with one hand whilst reading Dianetics with the other. There was no one to impress today, the girls were gone, but it was by now, a habit hard to break.
I reflected on my life and the concept of reality. I am a card-carrying idiot who wrote to Santa well into my twenties. But even so, not for the life of me, can I understand why anyone over the age of three could believe anything coming out of Hillary's mouth after watching the Sniper-gate debacle unfold. A child will believe in Santa, but if you show him a video of a groggy daddy wrapping presents under the Christmas tree and putting a bike together, the child will usually get the picture: Santa is make-believe.
President Bill Clinton has made another blunder on the campaign trail -- playing the victim card and making exaggerated and inaccurate statements while sticking up for his wife and her fact-challenged tale of Bosnian sniper fire. And he did so on camera, injecting his own bluster and bogus claims, just when the story had started to die down.
During campaign stops in Jasper and Boonville, Indiana, yesterday, Mr. Clinton told voters that his wife had -- just once -- "misstated" the circumstances of her 1996 Bosnia trip, attributing her Tuzla tale of dodging sniper fire to exhaustion. And instead of holding his wife accountable, he castigated the press for overreacting to her inaccurate account.
First, let's go to the videotape. Then let's go over just how many facts Mr. Clinton plowed over in his blundering defense of his wife.
He is definitely going to be one of the reasons she lost this election...ABC News with Bill telling more lies about the Bosnia trip and how she only told the story once...c'mon Bill, follow the Talking Points Memos!!!
As I write this, my first diary, I do so with the normal anxiety associated with sharing personal thoughts in a public setting. Yesterday the 40th anniversary of Dr. King’s "murder" and a news story hit me in a way that forces me to move beyond my personal comfort and post, please be kind.
"A Time To Break Silence"
How my opinion was shaped by a(nother) lie.
As a "good democrat" I have tried to advocate without demonizing, largely remaining silent. I have maintained relative silence because I believe it will take a unified party to achieve the big goals but today it’s time for me to break my silence.
The story of Senator Clinton's Bosnia claims grows as we hear from more people about what her words really meant. The media has passed it's uproar at her lies to the American people. Everything she claimed has been debunked. Except for her claim not to have had tea on the tarmac, that doesn't seem to have happened.
But we still have the secondary waves. We have reviewed many of Senator Clinton's other foreign policy claims, and found then lacking. We have heard from Bosnia, and the insults that they feel at Hillary's comments.
A story to be told in more detail is the story of the soldiers. Yesterday, we learned of an act of true valor by Marine Capt. John McKenna of Brooklyn who gave his life in trying to save Lance Cpl. Michael Glover of Queens who had been hit by sniper fire. It deserves deeper consideration.
Gonna keep things short today because its the weekend and I'm too obsessed with the caucuses in Texas to focus on much else, but someone sent me the link to this audio clip of the pilot who flew Hillary into Tuzla on the now infamous "sniper fire" trip. Just wanted to share with ya.
